  • Our vendors offer vintage & retro-inspired clothing, accessories, home goods, handmade items like jewelry and artwork, vinyl records, collectibles, and so much more!

    Depending on the event, you may even get a tarot card reading, tintype portrait, aura portrait, tea leaf reading, palm reading, and other fun experiences!

    You can also find vintage themed photo ops throughout the event to capture a fun memory.

  • Yes, tickets are available at the door. 

    ** PLEASE NOTE: We recommend only buying directly from our official ticketing platform linked to our facebook events & on our website. We recommend not buying from random accounts on facebook claiming to be selling their tickets. Lots of scammers out there!

  • Yes, you can receive a hand stamp for re-entry.

  • We do not process refunds for tickets purchased *unless the event is canceled. You can however sell your ticket to another person! All they need is the QR code on the ticket.

  • Kids 12 & under get free admission. They do not need a ticket. We are a family-friendly event, but we ask that all children be supervised by their parents/guardians at all times. Please do not allow children to jump or play on our photo ops.

  • Each venue has different parking locations and costs.

    Parking info for each event can be found on the ticketing page for that show.

    Please note that we have no control whatsoever over parking options or pricing. Guests are always welcome to find alternative parking nearby or rideshare.

  • This depends on each particular vendor. Most vendors accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, and many accept credit cards.

  • Yes! As long as the vendor you are purchasing from allows try-ons. We always have designated fitting rooms.

    NOTE: If you want to try something on, please check with the vendor first, and try on before continuing to shop with other vendors. This will minimize confusion with returning items to the correct booth.

  • YES! Before continuing to shop at other booths, you must purchase the items you want. Each vendor handles their own customer payments.

  • Yes! Visit our official merch booth located at the entrance of each event for Time Travelers Vintage Expo t-shirts, totes, stickers, buttons, and more!

    All of our t-shirts are secondhand or vintage which we source sustainably by hand in small batches! We also hand screen print all shirts ourselves with water-based, eco-friendly inks.

    Our totes are made from recycled canvas and our buttons are made from hemp.

  • Bag Policy

    To help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, we ask that guests follow the bag policy outlined below.

    Allowed Items

    • Small purses, handbags, and fanny packs

    • Empty tote bags, shopping bags, and reusable bags

    • Empty wagons or carts for shopping

    • Diaper bags (when accompanied by a child)

    • Medical bags (subject to inspection)

    Not Allowed

    • Large backpacks

    • Large or oversized bags of any kind

    Important Information

    • All bags are subject to search upon entry

    • There is no bag check or storage available on-site

    • Guests arriving with prohibited bags may be asked to return them to their vehicle before entering

    • Event staff and security reserve the right to deny entry to any bag that does not comply with this policy

  • Strollers: Yes!


    Wheelchairs: Yes, always. Each venue is ADA-compliant. We do NOT provide wheelchairs. It’s best to contact the venue to check if they offer wheelchair rentals.


    Wagons & hand carts: Yes, wagons and small hand carts are permitted.

    Animals: Service animals only in most venues. We recommend checking the specific venue’s website. 

    Weapons: No weapons, knives, or firearms of any kind. No exceptions.

  • All of our events are indoor & climate-controlled.

  • Yes, please talk with the vendor you are purchasing from and they will contact show management. At that time show management will coordinate pulling your vehicle up closer for pickup.

  • All weapons are prohibited.

    Please do not attend this event if you have a diagnosis of Covid-19, or have been in contact with a confirmed case in the last 5 days, or have been told to quarantine/isolate within the last 5 days. Also, do not attend if you are showing symptoms of a new cough, new onset shortness of breath, or have had a fever within the last 48 hours.

    No smoking or vaping is allowed inside.
